A stunning 22 Storey residential development over 3 level basement carparking at Chevron Island QLD. As our second collaboration with SIERA (following PIPIS project), this partnership exemplifies innovation and environmental stewardship.

We are proud to have contributed to this project, which earned us a prestigious UDIA award for Innovation. Engaged by SIERA in the early stage of dewatering, we designed a less invasive method to manage groundwater, preserving natural resources while maintaining construction efficiency.

Our responsibilities include preparing the Dewatering Management Plan and conducting independent water quality monitoring to ensure full compliance with environmental legislation and the management plan.

Together with SIERA we are showing the industry there is a smarter more sustainable way to dewater basement constructions.
