A new supermarket and neighbourhood centre is coming to life on Ipswich Rd Annerley bringing convenience and modern amenities to the local community.

In collaboration with Mettle, we are proud to contribute to the initial phase of this transformative project. Our responsibilities include preparing comprehensive Environmental Management Plans, including the Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, to promote sustainable development practices.

We have also conducted an Environmental Compliance Audit to ensure the site meets all environmental standards and that the project team is fully prepared to manage diverse weather conditions.

Additionally, Mettle engaged us to undertake an initial Baseline investigation of Oxley Creek Catchment ensuring no environmental impact from this development on to the receiving waterway.
