Celebrating Dewatering Success at Lagoon Since 2021.

The three level basements are already completed with the two residential towers stretching midway to topping out. Dewatering successfully decommissioned in 2024 achieving environmental compliance with the Dewatering Management Plan.

Throughout this journey, we collaborated closely with the Hutchies team to develop comprehensive Environmental Management Plans, including the Dewatering Management Plan.

Environmental Achievements for this development include: 66x independent groundwater quality monitoring reports; 2x Dewatering Technical Reviews; Numerous stakeholder meetings; 1x Dewatering Closure Report.
