Luxury 13 Storey residential development over two level basement parking in our favourite surfing beach Rainbow Bay QLD. We’re thrilled to partner with Groupline once again on this exciting project, following our successful collaboration at 18 Park Brisbane.
As the development begins, we look forward to contributing our expertise to ensure its success, achieving environmental compliance with sustainability in this iconic location.
We have been engaged to prepare all the Environmental Management Plans including the Dewatering Management Plan for Gold Coast City Council approval. Groupline engaged us to undertake an initial Baseline investigation of Tweed River ensuring no environmental impact from this development on to the receiving waterway.
