This project can be split into two stages, each comprising the construction of a ten-storey residential building over a two-level basement. Wilson Environmental Compliance was engaged on Stage 1 with Woollam Constructions and has been engaged to carry out works on stage 2 in 2023 with Hutchinson Builders.
